Tradicional holiday in the old town of Iztacalco
On this occasion we will visit the indigenous town of Iztacalco, its historic center during the feast of the Holy Jubilee. This is one of the most important and ancient traditions of this beautiful town. This time we will have some exceptional hosts, the cultural group Ixtacalco través del Tiempo, who will guide us through the old alleys of the town to appreciate the colorful decorations for the feast of the patron saint. Leaving the Historic Center of Mexico City, we will see the witnesses of what were the channels that crossed the great Texcoco lake. During the tour we will have the opportunity to visit one of the oldest traditional pulquerías in the city and taste their pulques.
