Are they for any age?
Yes, we have baby seats, and we work with families. If you have any physical difficulty riding a bike, we can help you; just contact us.
What languages are the tours in?
In Spanish, English, Italian, and French.
¿De cuántos integrantes es cada grupo?
Our groups are of 10 people maximum, which allows a more personalized, cordial, and safe experience in the displacement. If you have a larger group or a company, contact us to adjust to your needs.
Isn't riding for 2, 4, or 5 hours very tiring?
No, it is not a race! We go at a leisurely pace, and we make multiple stops to chat and take pictures. In addition, we keep you hydrated and energized as we give you water and food on tour.
Do you have any personal safety equipment?
Yes. We provide you a helmet, reflective vest, medical kit (in case you need it), and lights for the night tour. In addition, our bikes are in perfect condition, as we check them before each tour.
Is it safe to ride a bicycle in CDMX?
We know that a megalopolis can impress you, but you will always ride in small and compact groups, respecting the rules of the road.
Do you follow the rules to avoid contagion COVID?
You can bet on it! The bikes are sanitized before and after the tours, and we take your temperature and offer sanitizing gel. Urban cycling is also safe since it takes place outdoors, and the same size of the bicycles creates a safe distance between the group members.
Do you have any medical insurance for travelers?
We do not offer medical coverage.
Are the meals you offer hygienic?
Yes! We have agreements with reliable food providers, which we have known for a long time. We know they follow the sanitary standards for food preparation.
Do you have food for vegetarians, vegans, and children?
Yes! Your eating habits are not an impediment; we can offer a solution for everyone.
Can you give me options if I have food allergies?
Sure! Just contact us, and we will adjust our menu to your needs.
What is a neighborhood host?
Is a person who has lived in the neighborhood for a long time. He will show you his particular perspective on what it means to live in it, his life experiences, his talents, and his life in the community. Depending on the tour you take, you can get to know a merchant, musician, craftsman, etc., and have a friendly talk with him or her.

Do you have any discounts?
That’s right!

Children (0-4 years) travel free in a baby seat.

Children in a bike trailer or on their own bike (5-12 years) pay 50%.

Groups from 5 to 10 people get a 15% discount (not combinable with other discounts).

If you want to celebrate your birthday with us and bring 4 or more guests, you do not pay.

In addition, if you are Mexican, we have a student and teacher discount of 30% (primary education to bachelor’s degree), and for the elderly (60 years or more) 50% discount.

I was wrong when selecting the date or time. How can I correct it?

Is there a refund if I cancel my reservation?
Yes.

If you cancel at least 12 hours in advance, you will receive a full refund.

If you cancel with an advance between 2 and 12 hours, we will refund you half of the fee, or you can reschedule your tour.

The system does not allow me to book even though the schedule is available. What can I do?
